If you mean the chisel with a very wide flat blade, it's called a bolster-chisel.

Not a bolster chisel, but a 'plugging chisel'. Here's a fancy one...

I've never needed a tool,no matter what I do the grout in my patios seems to come out by itself every 5-6 years.
