Breadmaker Recommendations?
3 Answers
My elderly breadmaker just upped and died.
It's (at least) 20 years old and owes me nothing - but 'falling to bits' is a fair description.
I mainly use it for making dough which is then baked, often as rolls, in my main oven - I think it gives a better finish to the loaf than the breadmaker does.
Technology has obviously moved on - although 'buy a Panasonic' seems to be the general advice, as it was all those years ago.
I'm interested in comments/views from people who've got a breadmaker - in particular about how good the 'dough' programme is.
Cheers
