Vinyl Floor Tiles On Concrete Floor

All the " how to " sites regarding self adhesive vinyl floor tiles on concrete floors say that the floor should be sealed prior to laying and then seal the tiles when laid. Unfortunately they don't say what sealant to use. Can anyone suggest or recommend the sealants required.
