My radiators are hot and water in my taps are hot, so why is the water coming from the shower cold? TIA

If it's not a simple cause such as already mentioned, Craps, then the most likely reason is the Thermostatic cartridge has failed, and needs replacing. Although, if that price is about right, I would just replace the whole unit.

I'm assuming it isn't a electric shower? sorry I had to ask that question.
If you're not 100% sure then can you let us all know what the make and model is.

No it's not electric.
Air lock maybe ?
Thermostat setting is too low, or thermostat is not working.
Just two reviews, both the minimum one star ?
Probably a blocked entry.
'Probably a blocked entry.'

Which, coincidentally and ironically, can be eased with warm water.

OG, it's not the exact shower but it's the nearest to mine that I could find! What do you mean by a blocked entry? (keep it clean!) :)
Blocked entry = no hot water entering the mixer.
Could be debris/build up of scale blocking the inlet filter?
How old is the mixer?

I'm very interested in this post as our shower has gone just the same! The water from the shower head is barely tepid although the washbasin water is hot. It's a mains shower in an enclosed freestanding "shower pod" powered from the immersion heater. I didn't know they had a thermostat unit in showers if it's mains? Do you mean the temperature control knob needs replacing? Would love to hear of any advice please - could we fix ourselves or have to get a plumber in? Thanks.
It's a Fulisi shower pod (foreign I think)
Shower Thermostat, But first check that the control Kn-----b is doing it's job and turning the Thermostat Valve, you need to take the face panel off to see this.
Exactly like this one
