Glass Screen Protector

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia C5303 phone and the glass screen protector is badly scratched.
Does anyone have any tips on how to remove it, it seems to be stuck fast and I know they have a tendency to shatter if handled the wrong way.

thats a screen replacement the guys talking about a screen protector removal
