Neighbour Returning Cat Poo!
49 Answers
Frustrating I know, cats poo in gardens, often other peoples. I've been on the receiving end before we had cats and accepted it as part and parcel of modern life.
We have 2 cats which no doubt do the same in other peoples gardens. Just noticed someone has deposited cat poo on the windowsill of our porch. Have cleaned it up but it has discoloured the UPVC material.
will invest in a motion activated camera to see who the culprit is.
My question is how do I go about handling it? Cant keep the cats in 24/7.

Yes, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and the rest.
I inherited my Mum`s cat and before I fitted the cat flap, the cat had to use a litter tray. I used to empty the litter tray under a certain bush in the garden. After the cat flap was fitted, the cat went out and she goes to the loo in the area where litter was deposited. It might be worth trying that.

Is there any way that you could stop your cats from getting out of your garden?
You could talk to whoever it was and see if they could deter your cats. If a camera is possible to site do it. You could always leave a note on the windowsil and see if there is a reply.
This may be a one-off incident of poo return but it shows that there is a problem.
Is there any way one of the cats left it there - they can be strange animals.
