Bliss Today Has Been....

.....finally getting the last bit of my garden dug and ready for planting....☺

In part....a big part.... due to the recommendation I got on AB from e.crespo about top soil and soil improver.

It has taken four years of hard slog....lifting turf and improving clay but it's looking lovely.....almost like black shortcrust pastry in the making....

My garden's a wee bit quirky....but now the back of it is broken I can let my imagination run riot!

Think I'll open a bottle....sit on the patio....and plan......☺

well done G..after 7 years I finally have my garden in shape..from derelict state..long hard (and expensive) slog but have things how I want now...it is a nice feeling

Tell you what I do need though.....a sort of housekeeper....male or female... but dishy male wouldn't be sniffed at....

The garden is my addiction.....then I come in and I could do with someone who has run the vacuum around, opened the red to breathe and made a tasty dish.....not a husband though....someone who did and cleared off....x

It is, Minty....there was nothing here but scraggy grass on a slope and gravel....tons of cheap gravel......now I feel it's mine at last....x

Oh, Vak....I have planted shamrock.....some in the garden....pinched from my Mum's house....and some in a pot which may or may not grow.....
