hiya, how much would you expect to pay for house clearance (2 beds, south east)

Depends if there's anything worth having for the clearers. I paid £150 a couple of years ago. (in S. Wales)

no, nothing worth having!
Ah, well there was a lot of good stuff in the house I had to clear. I'd imagine it would be much higher for you (my location would be cheaper, as well)
They come and look and give you an estimate. I should get a couple.
if you contact a charity like Mencap they will do it & resell your unwanted furniture wont cost you anything.
^That's what I'd say. Many charities do it free of charge.
Why not phone them and see .. I take it you mean Sussex or Kent ?

Charities can't take items like sofas and chairs if they don't have a 'fireproof label' as they're not allowed to sell them.
