10A 4 possibly attached fairly evenly (8). What has BOUNDARY got to do with the answer to 4D which is CHANDLERY?
11A Apple or half a banana? (9,5) Why is half a banana FORBIDDEN FRUIT?
12A Flood is natural around lake (4) GLUT, but why is GUT natural?
13A Useless to keep old lady around in camp (10) What is the old lady doing in EFFEMINATE?
I do hope someone can help.

10 The 4 is nothing to do with the other clue - it's the score in cricket for a boundary.
