Has Anyone Sold Their House Through An Online Estate Agency?
2 Answers
We want to sell our house and thought we might try an online estate agency as their fees are so much less. Has anyone used one and did they have any success?

We plan to put our house on the market in 2016 when I return from Switzerland and doing the maths ....
£500,000 at 1.5% = £7,500 estat agents fees. For what exactly ?
A picture in the shop window , an evaluation you can do yourself with a little research and someone to show people in the door.
I'm going for an online agent .
Everyone uses Zoopla and Rightmove these days and provided you get an advert in there all is good.
