Although I check regularly I can only receive my economy 10 supply from one company in my region so I have to stick with them. This makes me inexperienced when it comes to switching suppliers.

I would like to check the options for an elderly relative and wonder where's the best place to start? I'm a confident internet user and she is a standard duel fuel single person household. I want to be sure she doesn't get cold called or scammed by anyone as a result of anything I do online using and comparing her data.

i find Uswitch a good starting place
I don't think uswitch accept E10 cases though- they say contact the suppliers yourself
Maydup has E10. So whilst the info is interesting it's unclear it applies to the relative. That said my instinct would be to visit as many comparison sites (and supplier sites) as you can find/bear and put the relative's details in, see what is available in their area.
If you use the Which? Switch site, you know your input will not be used in an inappropriate way......

Thanks all. To confirm my relative does not have E10 i confused you all by mentioning it sorry. I will try the various sites and see how I get on. Just nervous about here receiving follow up calls or mail. Maybe I can use part of the address only?
I'm pretty sure you only have to enter your post code for a quote from the switching companies.
