Fybogel. It is natural and recommended by GPs and pharmacists.
Syrup of figs. Good for a cough too..... you daren't cough.
Bean casserole will get you loosened up. Also try some rhubarb.
Too much ice cream often does the job.

When I was little, my Mum used to give me sulphur tablets........oh, they were deadly!

Opening medicine, she called it. I preferred the chocolate flavoured ones, Ex Lax, I think they were called.
