Floor Polishers For Domestic Use

Does anyone own a floor polisher such as the Karcher and would they recommend it? I have shiny porcelain tiles on my 27' long kitchen floor and they smear as soon as you look at them. I've been to John Lewis but they don't sell them and I'd like to speak to someone about them rather than just buy online not knowing if it's the right product for what I want. Any reviews of this or any other make would be most helpful. Many thanks.

If I had a 27' kitchen and shiny tiles I would be askng my employed cleaner the question.

If only I had one!! It's a long kitchen but quite narrow.
