Best Paint To Cover Wallpaper

i have no time to strip the walls and if I did the plaster would come away so need to paint over them, what is the best paint to use and what is the procedure thanks

Sorry I don't the best paint to use, but be warned you may need three or more coats of paint if the wallpaper pattern is dark or bright.

One for walls ?
Try a matt emulsion, of a silk/eggshell finish.

You follow the instructions on the tin. May of may not need stirring. Use a paint kettle or use straight from the tin. Dip paintbrush into paint and use brush to deposit paint on the wall. Spread it out, try not to put too much on at once. Wait until dry before deciding if you need another coat.

It might be quicker with a roller, and use a brush and masking tape for the edges. I'm glad things are going well.
