Maggot Infestation

How do I get rid of maggot infestation, just opened my door and my path is full of them, I've hosed the path for a hour, pls help

Ignore them, they're nature's 'clean up crew' whatever they're there for is probably in need of disposal. They'll be gone soon most probably.

For the logic-conscious, do that and whatever is attracting them will probably remain, then more flies will come and lay their eggs and - hey presto! New maggots will appear ...hence my first advice.

I've tried boiling water, bleach, vinegar, and am now on the salt, they was everywere in my path, I've soaked them out path but they all in my shared drive way and covered my bin, I dnt understand why tho, my garbage is always in bags and nothing to capture maggots , or so I thought.

never ever a lack of cleanliness, my home is immaculate, and I come on here for advice not criticism , u are getting the full story, I was absolutely gobsmacked, if I was a dirty person I would not have been up until 3.30 in the morn cleaning my drive , I feel your comment very unhelpful and wasn't worth putting alavahalf, if u got nothing nice to say don't say it at all, thank you everyone else for your helpful comments, I'm rid of them now thank god Xx
