Turbo Cider

Has anyone any experience of making Turbo Cider? I'm thinking of giving it a try and although there are some methods involving demijohns and airlocks, I've seen a chap on YouTube making it by adding yeast and sugar to apple juice in 500ml pop bottles. It then only takes 12-14 days to mature before drinking.
