The biggest one about £100, we had a similar size one replaced last year. We also had some small transoms done which cost about £30 each. This was for the double glazed glass bits only.

It is a good bit easier and thus possibly cheaper to fit glass to PVC windows than to wooden ones, plus damage/deterioration may come to light in wood and unexpectedly increase the cost. Although you don't say so, you are presumably going to ask for supply and fitting ? If your windows are of PVC and readily accessible then you could save half or more of the cost by doing the fitting work yourself, just copy the setup with the spacers/packers.
We're just going through the same process, although rather more windows are involved. I got recommended fitters from a couple of friends, emailed them with the size of glass and asked them for a rough estimate. The preferred fitter is coming round tomorrow to measure up and give us a proper quote.
