Sky Television In My House

On Screen on every Channel I have a sign in the top corner saying "Book Me" with a Green dot beside it,pressing the Green Button on Remote makes no difference. Any ideas anyone?
It is only on One TV situated in living Room. Thank You for any replies.

its not just on sky tv its on most main channels when plugging a programme but its always gone in 30 secs in our tv
