If the insulation you removed was in complete pads one for each side and face etc... and it was yellowish or brownish then it was most probably not asbestos.
Anyway what's the point to worry about it, if you have been exposed to asbestos (and I have) what can you do about it, you cant get a new set of lungs installed just in case you might get trouble later in your life.
