What pillows would you recommend that don't become mis-shapen when washing? Thanks

I don’t wash mine. I use very thick soft quilted pillow protectors and wash those, replacing the actual pillows every couple of years
Mine are normally disembowelled before they need washing. Feathers everywhere and Frankie denying all knowledge.

I've been looking at protectors online. Think that will be the way forward. Thanks

Little Tiggs was sick during the night and I had to wash everything. I followed the instructions on the pillow but it still came out mis-shapen.

Too scared to wash the duvet now!!

My old duvets and pillows used to get covered in fur when I had Tigger and Blue! I was always spitting fur out rather that feathers, haha!
Take the duvet to the dry cleaners. If it's a cheapie, wash it and be prepared to replace it
I do the same as Woof.
Same as woof

I do normally buy new pillows every year to 18 months(ish) but the one I put in the wash is around 7-8 months so thought I'd try washing it.

Will get some protectors.

Thanks all.
I got these from Aldi and have been very pleased with them.

They look really good Gromit.
Question Author
That looks good Gromit, and very reasonably priced as well. May take a trip down there later, thanks.
I got their pillows too. Very happy with both.

Wow, that is really good value for money!
I'm a bit snobby about pillowcases though.

I will by nothing less than 400 thread Eyptian Cotton, not from Aldi.
Do you go to 'Arrods to get them Grommit?
Question Author
Well I guess you can afford to be snobby with those when you're saving shed loads on the pillows and protectors.
