Instafibre White Wool Cavity Wall Insulation

Does anyone have any experience with this?
A relative who lives in a tiny flat in a block of about 150 has been offered this for free.
The flats were built in the early 1980s. They are all either 1 bed or studio flats and the fuel bills are modest.
Would it be a good idea to go ahead, or would it store up problems for the future.
I've seen some horror stories about damp after CWI.
Thanks.
