Coconut Oil, Bicarb Of Soda, Lavender Oil
12 Answers
Instead of the creams & gels, **all** containing nano-plastics, for hair and skin, I was advised on using Coconut Oil. This apparently keeps the skin supple and the hair more healthy.
Instead of tooth-paste, again **all** containing nano-plastics, Bicarb of Soda was given as being an able replacement; it also is helpful in removing coating on the tongue.
Lavender Oil advised for the occasional 'refreshening'.
--> Whilst welcoming getting rid of nano-plastics, are these substances as good as suggested?
Thank you.

Well, B o S works well, both as a toothpaste replacement and mouthwash.
Although I have started using C O as a moisturiser, I have heard that, a few hours after applying this to the hair, one must rinse it. --> Can one leave or does the hair need rinsing?
L O: I like the suggestion of using this when massaging. --> But adding this to C O is, presumably, only for the scent?
a_n: you could try this for your 'bbb' regime!
