Hot Water Pressure Low
2 Answers
Had a new hot water storage tank fitted recently. Since then, the hot water pressure from the taps is a bit slower. (It's possible the cold flow has also reduced.). Mains pressure is fine. The plumber is coming back to investigate, but in the meantime does anyone have any ideas as to why this might have coincided with installation of the new storage tank?
I think we need to get this sorted as I'm worried this might affect the flow needed for the two power showers that feed from the hot water system.

To replace the storage tank some gate valves will have been turned off; they may not have been fully turned back on. The gate valves may well be in the airing cupboard and usually have a round wheel to turn them on and off (sometimes a straight handle); stop-cocks, used on mains water, usually have a "T" handle (like outside taps) to turn them on and off.
