tiscali broadband

i have tiscali broadband and it tends to disconnect after a period of inactivity ,i have checked my internet settings and tiscali broadband is set as my default, any other suggestions as to how to keep me "always on" ?

I believe it to be a problem with Tiscali themselves. Many people seem to have troubles with them...

Hi glenis,  well you can download programs for just this function but an easy way that usually works is to set your email client to automatically check for new mail every few minutes. this will often do what you want.
