Help!!! Wasps!!!

I have a wasps nest on the side of my rented flat. Landlord says its my problem. How do i get rid of them or who can i call to get rid of them and cheeply!!! Also can i bill my landlord for any costs that may be involved??????

Call your council - they will have a information line/leaflet thingy. Most local authorities charge for removal of a wasps nests but its not a lot.
