..helps adults, children and animals.......so I can enjoy knitting for prem babies...refugees and bald chickens.....

I've just found out there is a connected group knitting sweaters for orphaned and rescued elephants in India.......
The sweater takes about four weeks to knit and looks like a blanket attached to leg warmers....lord knows how they get it on the elephant!

I have given it some thought....I'll stick to waistcoats for bald chickens I think.... :-)

It is, Mamya....really made me smile....the people knitting haven't got lots....but they care and it's nice....

I care.....but an elephant sweater.....without trying it on for size?...Maybe not..... :-)
