....isn't accidental....... or just by chance......
Cats do it casually but deliberately........cats are like that....and it's even more of a surprise when you don't own a flaming cat!
I'm clearing out the garage....being ruthless........but I noticed an earth wire hanging loose down the wall......I must have knocked it during the day......
I got a screw driver and decided to attach it to the nearest suitable looking thing you could attach a loose wire to......which was a copper pipe with a stray little clamp and screw......quite confident it'd be safe......nothing to worry about......so I sat on my little steps and started to wrap the bare bits of the electric wire around the screw........
And that was when a cat I'd never, ever seen before crept into the garage and decided to jump onto my lap, underneath my outstretched arms.....
It was a pure white cat.....which is the same bloodless colour my face still is...... :-(
When you are messing with the electrics, Eccles......you don't want the fright of a cat you don't own suddenly appearing as if from nowhere and jumping onto your lap.....?
It is a well known fact that all cats have to learn certain rules from the age old " Book of Caterismic Knowledge " before they can think of owning a human. The very first rule is SURPRISE, I am sure that part of their training is overseen by post nine life Ghost Cats who it would seem only appear to people wearing clean knickers. !!!
Mmmm....my clean knickers are to blame then, Ron.....
Tony.....that's a bit like how I got my first husband....... ;-)
Wolf...yes..this cat was there......!
Now, Eccles......as you know perfectly well, there is no drama......it's me......a little bit of fun from my adventures of the day on ChatterBank.......and it opens a thread up for others to join in with their little bit of fun......
You could join in too, you know...... :-)
I swear my cat loves being kicked. He'll jump in front of me when I'm walking (trying to kill me) and he'll yelp when I accidentally kick him...but yet being the stupid cat he is he'll jump from one piece of furniture to another...miss, smack his face...and not make a noise.
