You don't have to live in a country to be entitled to an opinion about it. He's lived the States for years and probably isn't entitled to vote here anyway.

I think that Ringo has lived in the USA for well over 15 years, so he wouldn't be entitled to vote. I nearly lost my vote when living in France, Mr. J2 lost his, because of this rule. He's entitled to his opinion and did answer the question.
