Strange Telephone Number

Hi I've just had a call from a number beginning 0252957.., but there is no such area code & it doesn't look like an international call. I didn't answer it (don't answer numbers I don't recognise) but have no idea who it might be or indeed where it might be from. Any ideas anyone?
