Back in the days when TSB was just a savings bank it had a very good reputation. It's now looking more and more like the RBS.

It has been a pain. Only been able to access the accounts online today, since last Friday... can still use debit cards and cash machines though. There was nothing wrong with the online site in the first place.

It is almost 50 years since I opened an account with what was then the Midland, now HSBC. I have never had a problem in all that time.
