I'd forgotten how puppies can be!! Son and family visited yesterday with new 13 week old pup. ran off with shoes, picked up stones which we had to keep retrieving from little mouth, jumped or fell, not quite sure which into the fish pond and had to be hosed down in clean water, didn't like that so went and hid in a bush. Don't think we stopped laughing for about an hour after they'd gone, so lovely to have a "baby" in the family again.

They certainly bring a smile to your face. Ours is 18 months now, had him since he was nine weeks and I don't think we've stopped smiling since we got him.. well, apart from when he puked up a load of mustard coloured stuff on the beige lounge carpet, or chewed my brand new specs to bits, or snaffled a box of tissues and enjoyed ripping them to bits in the garden, or...
Wouldn't be without the little blighter though :)

I love the way they instantly fall asleep on the spot when they get tired.

The 12 weeks I spent with my first litter was possibly the best time of my life (so far) trouble is there comes a time when they have to go....

Oh yes, forgot this bit, she found a frog skeleton and "gave" it to my squealing granddaughter, can't think why she didn't appreciate it.
