Digby Series 14 Pottery

Found in my attic a piece of white pottery with Digby series 14 trade mark strange configuration.Looks something like a jelly mould with a slit in middle of flat top and two heart shaped holes - one above and one below the slit.
Top is 6" across - slit is 4 1/2 " across by 1" wide and overall circumference 14 1/2"
Maybe for some form of plant/flower display?
Hope this is enough to identify it …..
