Nuisance Telephone Calls

Not sure if this is the correct category but maybe someone can help me. Am being pestered by Oxfam Lottery calls - have told 3 callers that I am not interested - and there have been many calls whilst I am out. I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service and I'm ex directory - so Oxfam must have bought a list from somewhere. I recall hearing a couple of weeks ago that it is now illegal to cold call people and, should this happen, I can report them to someone - but I can't remember who this is! Old age setting in. Does anyone have an email address/phone number for this organisation please?
