Top Quality Shed. How Much?

neighbour wants a 20x8 foot shed, t&g, apex, all the best stuff - how much for a top quality one?

I have just paid 2250 for a custom build from scratch its about 2m by 4m. with 2 coats of preservative, double doors, guttered roof with waterbutt, windows (non opening) along 3/4 of one side. Not the cheapest option but am very pleased with it.
