I have a large number of daffodil bulbs which have now past their flowering best. They are in large pots and I'm letting them fade away.
Is there any special way that I can feed them to get them to be at their most fertile for next year. Or any other action Ii should be taking?
Appreciate any suggestions from members.

You must cut off the dead flower-heads if you have not already done so, so the goodness goes back down to the bulbs, rather than encourage seed production. Although untidy, let the foliage die down naturally.
Good advice from Mightymouse. Bulbs don't need feeding. All the food is in the bulb. Just keep them lightly watered.
Also, apply a food such as Tomorite to build the bulbs up for next year.
Absolutely what mighty said, dead-head and leave the leaves.
I agree....bulbs are backwards, you need to care for them when they look ugly (flopping leaves and deadheaded stems) so that they look beautiful without any effort later on. Keep them fed and watered and in a sunny spot until the leaves die down and they will repay you next year

Thanks everyone for your helpful answers.
In addition may I ask, I have a pot which have daffodils which didn't flower this year. Might they come back to life next year? Do I need to do anything to help the process?
If they didn't produce flowers they probably need to be taken out and replanted much deeper.
in addition to Rowan's answer, they might also have either exhausted the nutrients in the soil or have filled the pot or both. I would suggest tipping them out and dividing them, repot in fresh soil and, as Rowan says, plant more deeply. You can do this now and treat them like the bulbs which did flower, sunny spot, well fed and watered.
