Beko Washing Machine

Has anyone got a beko washing machine wtg821b2w .does it usually take about five minutes for the programme to start from ready to wash .Its a new machine so trying to get used to it Thanks in advance .

I do have a Beko washing machine, but not sure about that wtg no.! It doesn't start straight away, but doesn't take five minutes, I would say more like two. I think your machine's ok. (Mine's about five years old).

Mine takes about one minute from when I press the start button. Not exactly the same as yours.

Thanks ,the programme stops between rinse and spin is this a fault or does it have to be moved manually to spin ?

I wouldn't go contacting the store about a fault .. firstly I would read the manual or operating instructions.
Search for the section relating to the delayed start and go from there.
