Hi, can someone please help. I want to buy laminate and the area is 9ft3 by 8ft2. What is that in squared meters?

If you are buying it by the square metre you will need to buy 8......there will be some wastage when you fit the laminate.

It might be worth investing in one of those new fangled tape measures that shows centimetres.
You'll need to take account of the pattern - you might end up buying 9m² to be on the safe side. It also depends on the pack sizes of course,

You don't want a patchwork quilt
2.8194m x 2.4892m
Go for 3 x 3 or 3 x 2.5 if you can get it.
So 9 or 7.5 sq mts
