Ring Door Bell

Mother in Law has told us she's bought us a Ring door bell 3 in the Amazon sale, they sound a good idea but neither myself or MrK are very techno minded.

Are they easy to set up? Don't want to upset MIL as she's spent a lot of money on it and she means well.

Any help appreciated.
