Cappuccino Frother

Recommendations please for a cheapie cappuccino frother, up to £20, and do they work with semi skimmed milk? A few on Amazon, but would rather be recommended by an ABer... Thanks all :)

I got one similar to Pastas from the Ideal Home Show several years ago.

We've got one which is a sort of pyrex beaker with parallel sides, and a mesh plunger a bit like a cafetiere has. You put hot milk into the beaker, insert the plunger and then push it up and down a few times; nothing to go wrong, no electricity.
