The joiner doing my kitchen splash backs was on to the last section on Saturday and saw the damaged package of the last one of 3 , I rang them B&Q straight away who said their suppliers don’t work weekends and someone would ring me today which they just have,” you’ve got seven days to inspect your delivery for damages and that’s past now” I told her that the packages were so large and at the time of delivery I was in on my own so I asked the man delivering them coukd hecstand them inside, the damaged one was at the back and looks like a fork truck has sliced into it, I’ve sent these photos to them but I’ve had atrocious customer service!

Ask B & Q about the damage via twitter and see how good there customer service is .. it will be sorted immediately.

I bought some doors from them and when I went to hang them I noticed that they were over 5kg under the weight advertised. I had had them for a while by then so they wouldn't change them but said they would alter the information on their website with in a couple of days. Around five years on now and it still hasn't been changed.
