Is There Any Good Brand Of Safety Pins Still Around?

I recall my Granny had safety pins that were so sturdy, they were difficult to open and close. The junk I see in stores now are flimsy, and feel cheap, but not that cheap in price. Is there any good brand of safety pin still sold?

It will depend on what size you want and for what purpose, I always found nappy pins great for holding knitted pieces.

I hardly ever use safety pins. (I'm not into crafting and my knickers don't keep falling down!). However hunting through review sites, and then checking out reviews on Amazon, suggests that these might be worth trying:
