Furniture Pet Protectors

My lovely wee Maxie likes to sit of a morning looking out of the window on the armchair, however I worry about his nails catching on the leather. At the moment I have a throw which has done so far but I do not like throws at all

I have been looking at a wee cheap pet protector - will that do alright. I will get the brown to match the brown chair.

He also likes to sit beside me on the 3 seater but I don't want to buy a 3 seater pet protector. After 7 years I just can't put him on the ground. He lives here. Any ideas please.

Oh dear! I'm afraid that if you love your pet you must accept that there may be some slight damage to your valued possessions. My friends have just replaced their dining chairs & sofa but still love the dog!
