No they are awful
here is an extract from their last email
They demanded two lots of £83.77 because that is what they do
and then lost one cheque- - - so, I had only paid one, geddit? Bad information and rude staff
Faceless bureaycrat writes"I can see a payment was made to your electricity account of £132.21 on 23/09/2021, and a payment made to your gas account of £83.77 on 29/09/2021. Both account balances are up to date as of the last invoices sent. Therefore, I wanted to check whether you want me to send the additional £83.77 back to you as a refund, or do you want it to remain on the account as a credit which will go towards your next invoice? "
That was their 'apology' for threatening to screw up my credit rating by alleging that I was in debit to them- hold it, I'd paid....twice
I did warn you they were hopeless
abosolutely hopeless BUT they are unlikely to cease trading
