Frost Free Fridge Full Of Frost.

Even though I have turned the setting to No1 which is the warmest setting, everything in my fridge is freezing up and there is a thick layer of frost on the inside at the back.
Any idea why this is happening and what I can do about it please?

Well it was easy to get the ice off the back inside.
I used a hairdryer for a while but that was a bit of a back breaker, so I attacked it with an ice scraper and it came off in a few huge chunks, so I've cleaned it out and will leave it to dry for a while then will plug it back in then check in a day or two.
