A friend have found a house to buy and asked if the garden would be a problem for selling on in the future. The garden has a slight slope from the rear fencing toward the house. Could this be fixed a landscaper?

Absolutely no problem. My garden slopes upwards, away from my flat and I have wide steps in the centre part and sloping borders with trees and shrubs at the sides and top. As I said, not a problem.
