Your top hat makes you appear to be a most refined person, with good taste in every respect.
Your use of a bidet as opposed to the backyard bushes is somewhat questionable. After all, a bidet is not intended to be a substitute for a - as your put it - porcelain.
As for your liking for sheep brains; cooking them before eating does display a somewhat refined culinary taste, although they may not be to everyone's taste.
Overall, I should hesitate to describe you as not being a person of sound mind. Your described tastes do not seem to be terribly outrageous, and there is no suggestion that what you find tasteful would harm society. I think that you can rest easy with the thought that you are of a sound mind.

Oh I don't know about that, Jno. I would never wear a tricorn hat and I have a piece of paper saying that I am of sound mind and have all my marbles...not quite those words but almost.
I was given it when I was signing for an electric garage door to show that I wasn't being forced into it but making the decision whilst compos mentis.
Now I know it was only signed and presented by a garage door salesman but I treasure it.

And if Tonyav or any other Aber who has met me come onto this thread to say differently... they're fibbing!

That's a difficult one. Breeches have to be well cut or hips look huge. Think I'll stick with bootleg trousers.
