Well you dont get an awful lot of choice, unless you install air con in your greenhouse. Having said that I believe its around 25-30 is recommended, but dont forget about humidity.

My toms grow just as well outside, except the small cherry type. They seem to much prefer the greenhouse.

Ventilation and a regulated watering regime are the most important. Being aware of fungal and pest infections close behind. Proper pinching out for the cordon varieties. Good feed cycle and adequate support for the crop as it ripens all come before worrying about the temperature in the greenhouse. Controlled regulated temperature is only required in commercial indoor crops that are hydroponic systems with UV lighting and monitoring systems 24/7. With a standard domestic greenhouse you are more likely to be engaged in keeping the temp. down in the hot ,high summer, weeks. There I said it ... hiss down all Summer now.
