This site., does anyone know how accurate their metre data is ?(i don't mean price per metre but just the actual size details) It lists my house has having one of the largest square metre within its postcode - but i'm not exactly convinced it is ! https://housemetric.co.uk/

Based upon comparing the figures for my house and others in the same block (or neighbouring blocks in the same style), it looks reasonably accurate to me. My property is shown as 37 square metres and others like it are shown as either 37 or 38 square metres, except for one property which has had an extension added.

If you go to Rightmove, you can find not only the prices of houses sold in your area but the sale details at the time that they were sold, which usually includes a floor plan with measurements:

Looks right for our last house and new house and neighbours houses. There's sometimes an incostsancy about how garages are treated and square meters can br misleading for loft conversion with sloping roofs
