Removing Mortar Dust
4 Answers
Hello,
I have some very fine mortar dust that adhered its self to some glass windows leaving them with a matt sheen to the surface. I have tried vinegar to remove the mortar dust however this has failed. Can anyone recommend something stronger to return the glass to its previous shiny finish
Thank you

I'd be tempted to try this stuff:

Although it's a very strong acid, I can't see that it could damage glass. (The strongest of acids are stored in glass containers anyway). However you'd need to take great care that it doesn't come into contact with the window frames.
