Best Mobile Phone Company?

Please can anyone advise me about changing my mobile phone provider? I have been with Orange even before they were Orange. Now they are EE and BT owned they are absolutely awful. Can you recommend a good supplier. I would prefer to go somewhere and be advised, rather than do it over the phone. I live in Devizes, Wiltshire and need to change before the 11 of this month. Many thanks. Bramley.

emmie, how much data do you use each month, and how many minutes/texts?
Smarty, as an example, gives you 12GB of 5G data, unlimited texts and unlimited minutes for £4 a month for the first three months then it is £8 per month - but it is one month rolling contract so you can cancel at any time.
If you don't want the faff of chasing introductory offers, Talkmobile offers unlimited calls and texts and 4GB of data for £5 a month on a 1 month rolling contract.
Impossible to give a proper recommendation without knowing how much data you use and whether you are in an area that doesn't get good coverage from certain networks

It's easy. If you want to keep your existing phone number you need to get the PAC code from EE (text PAC to 65075).
Order the new SIM card from your new provider and give them the PAC code. You must complete the switch within 30 days - that is plenty of time.
The new SIM card will come with instructions on how to complete the switch, it really is straightforward
